AddMeFy lets users create digital business card profiles that can be shared through profile links, QR codes, NFC cards, and related event destinations. You are responsible for the information you add to your account and profile.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
Profile Content
You may only publish content that you have the right to share. Do not publish unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, or abusive content. AddMeFy may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect users, the product, or legal compliance.
Public Sharing
Public profiles, QR codes, and NFC destinations are designed to be opened by others. Anyone who receives or scans your profile link may view the information you make public.
Third-party Services
AddMeFy may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Google sign-in, social networks, and event platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Service Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of AddMeFy over time. We aim to keep the product reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers and Liability
AddMeFy is provided as-is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AddMeFy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Terms of Service Update
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The updated date on this page shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of AddMeFy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
